The Board of Directors' of Kia Lim Berhad (hereinafter referred to as "KLB" or the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval for proposed renewal of the existing shareholders' mandate for recurrent party transactions of a revenue or trading nature. ("the Proposal").
In compliance with Paragraph 10.09 of the Main Marketing Listing Requirements for the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. KLB will seek its shareholders' approval on the Proposal at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on 29 May 2014.
A circular to shareholders containing information on the Proposal will be despatched to the shareholders of KLB in due course.
